Cubata in Calle Ocho celebrates Spanish and Cuban influences through its wine, tapas, live music and salsa. Cuban-born chef Yenileth Quintela was raised between Prague and Havana, and spent time in Spain and Germany, before finishing her culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College. In Miami, she worked at Xixon, Perfecto Gastrobar, Chambao and Brasserie Central, prior to joining Cubata.
